If you’re just getting started on twitter it can be difficult to find & connect with relevant active users. #Hashtags can be a great way of joining in the conversation. A hashtag is simply a way for people to label tweets that have a common topic. For example, if you type #Galway into the Twitter Search box at the top of any Twitter page and press Enter, you’ll get a list of tweets related to Galway.
